There is no post office turn-in either: dreamcatchers are tracked automatically as you find them, and no reward arrives until the full set is complete. Finding all 20 reveals the location of a hidden cave behind the waterfall at Elysian Pool, where the Ancient Arrowhead is waiting. Bring a light source, since the passage behind the waterfall is dark. The Arrowhead goes into the Keepsakes section of your satchel and doubles how long Arthur can hold his bow drawn.
